Cancellation or Returns

I have changed my mind, I no longer need the product (cancellation).

To request a return you have 100 calendar days from the date you received your package to exercise your right to cancel. Once this period has expired, the seller is not obliged to accept your return request.

I received a defective / incomplete / non-conforming product.

We will try to find a solution as soon as possible, but first you will need to make an after-sales service request.

Who pays for the return costs?

At Safeguru it's very important to us that you receive an exceptional service. That is why all return requests are completely free of charge.

To request a return, please send us an email with the full details to customer@safeguru.co.uk. A member of our Customer Service Team will contact you immediately.

When and how will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund through the same payment method you used when you placed your order.

If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to your bank account and you will receive the refund within 5 working days.

If you paid by bank transfer, you will receive the amount to the same bank account that issued the transfer within a maximum of 5 working days.

If you paid by PayPal, you will receive the refund directly to your PayPal account within 5 working days.
