Delivery time always depends on the delivery type you select.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Of course! Simply go to “Your Account”, view your orders and from there you will able to check the status of your package.
WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?
If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a delivery confirmation e-mail when your order has been dispatched and another e-mail with a tracking number and the link to the courier company's website. The courier will also contact you by e-mail with information about your delivery.
WHICH COURIER COMPANY WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
It depends on the location and the delivery type. As soon as the delivery for your order is booked we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number and the couriers details.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?
If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a note in your letter box with their contact details.
You can call the courier directly (you will need to provide the tracking number of the order) to re-arrange a delivery date.
