MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:

• The card may be expired: check that your card has not exceeded the expiration date.

• The card limit may have been reached: check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the allowed amount for purchases.

• You might have entered incorrect information: check that you filled in all the necessary fields correctly.

I NEED AN INVOICE UNDER A COMPANY'S NAME

When registering on our website, please tick the option “I AM A COMPANY” and fill in all the details required.

IS IT SECURE TO USE MY CARD ON THE WEBSITE?

Yes, all the information is transmitted securely with SSL encryption. For credit and debit card payments, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed at the back of your card as a security measure in e-commerce transactions.

MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED TWICE, WHERE CAN I CLAIM THIS?
